WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit will be issued via email as an e-giftcard, minus the cost of the return shipping label.
Sale Items (if applicable)
We do allow returns for sale items. The customer must accrue the cost of shipping on sale returns. We do not allow returns for FINAL SALE items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit or e-gift card will be sent to you, minus the return shipping cost.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund, minus the shipping cost, to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you purchasing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not cover shipping insurance. Also, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed, meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Accessories, Intimates + Bodysuits.
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Handbags + Belts.
- Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
- We do not offer exchanges, as our items sell out very quickly. When you receive your Store Credit via email you may purchase the item you would like online.
- Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Store Credit does not expire.
We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.
